Acceptable Use Policy
Last updated: 2026-10-23
Scope
Bby Wow AI is an AI image-to-video service. This policy applies to uploaded photos, consent confirmation, generation settings, generated videos, support messages, reports and any content or conduct connected to the service.
This is a public content policy. It is part of, and must be read with, our Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Six prohibited content categories
The following categories are prohibited without exception: (1) pornographic or NSFW content, including nudity and sexualized imagery; (2) violent, gory or gratuitously shocking content; (3) hate speech, harassment, threats or content promoting hatred against a protected group; (4) child sexual abuse material or any sexualized content involving minors; (5) deepfakes, face swaps or impersonation of real people, including deceptive statements or actions; and (6) content that infringes copyright, trademark, privacy or other rights.
Also prohibited: terrorism or mass-violence promotion, instructions for weapons of mass destruction, non-consensual intimate imagery, political persuasion or election manipulation, fraud, defamation and attempts to bypass moderation.
You may upload only your own photo or a photo of an adult for whom you hold documented permission for this specific use. The uploader must confirm that the person is 18 or older and is not a celebrity, public figure or politician.
Consent does not authorize prohibited deepfakes, intimate content, false statements or content that places a real person into a fabricated event. When in doubt, do not upload.
Moderation and review
Uploaded portraits are scanned before rendering. A representative keyframe of each generated video is extracted by fal.ai and checked with OpenAI omni-moderation before the video is stored and displayed. Automated signals are supplemented by user reports and human review.
We maintain moderation records, review repeat behavior and may re-check media after a report. Automated systems can make mistakes and do not identify every real person or every legal issue.
Reporting a violation
Anyone can report content through https://www.bbywow.org/report or email mijika666@gmail.com. Include the generation link or ID, the reason, your contact address and a statement that you are the person shown or authorized to act for them.
For immediate danger, contact local emergency services. Suspected child sexual abuse material should also be reported to the NCMEC CyberTipline or the relevant national hotline. Do not download or redistribute the material.
Enforcement
We may warn, remove a result, block an upload, return credits, limit generation access, suspend an account or permanently ban it. Severe violations may be reported to law enforcement or relevant safety organizations.
Our target response time for qualifying reports is within 48 hours. Urgent child-safety or credible-threat matters are prioritized. Enforcement decisions are logged.
Appeals
If you believe a moderation or enforcement decision was wrong, email mijika666@gmail.com within 14 days with the relevant generation ID, report ID and a concise explanation. Do not re-upload the same content while an appeal is pending.
Where practicable, an operator who was not responsible for the initial decision will review the appeal. We may request identity or authorization evidence while protecting privacy.
Policy updates and contact
We may update this policy to address new abuse patterns, model changes or legal requirements. The date at the top of this page shows the current version. Questions: mijika666@gmail.com.
