Acceptance and eligibility
These Terms govern your use of Bby Wow AI at https://www.bbywow.org. By creating an account, purchasing credits or using the service, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, legally able to enter this agreement, and have read these Terms, our Privacy Policy and our Acceptable Use Policy.
These Terms form an agreement between you and 黄卫仁 (individual), operating Bby Wow AI under the business name AI Creative Workspace. If you do not agree, do not use the service.
The service
Bby Wow AI is a digital AI video tool that animates an authorized portrait using a preconfigured dance-motion reference. At launch, rendering uses Wan 2.2 Animate Replace through fal.ai at 720p. You may choose a 6, 10 or 15-second output.
AI output is probabilistic. We do not guarantee an exact likeness, a specific identity match, uninterrupted availability or fitness for a particular purpose. Results may contain visual artifacts and must be reviewed before publication.
Accounts and security
You must provide accurate account information, keep your Google account secure and not share access. You are responsible for activity under your account. Notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
We may suspend or terminate accounts for fraud, chargeback abuse, automated attacks, repeated policy violations or risks to other users and the public.
Photo rights and consent
You may upload only a photo that you own or are expressly authorized to use. The person shown must be an adult who has given documented consent to this specific AI dance video. You must confirm consent in the generator before each generation.
You may not upload minors, celebrities, public figures, politicians or anyone whose identity you are trying to impersonate. Consent does not permit prohibited deepfake, intimate, deceptive, political or defamatory use.
AI-generated content and licensing
You retain ownership of your original portrait. Subject to these Terms and the Acceptable Use Policy, you may use the generated MP4 for personal and commercial social-media content. You grant Bby Wow AI a limited licence to process your input solely to deliver, secure and support the requested render.
Every output must be identified as AI-generated where you publish it. Do not present the clip as real footage, an authentic statement by the person shown, or evidence that an event occurred. YouTube, TikTok and other platforms may require their own AI-disclosure labels; you are responsible for using them.
Credits and payments
Credit packs are one-time purchases. One credit buys one second of rendering. Credits have no cash value and do not expire while the service operates. Prices and taxes are displayed before payment; Waffo Pancake acts as merchant of record and processes the charge.
A request consumes credits when generation starts. If rendering fails or output moderation rejects the result, the credits are returned automatically. We do not sell automatic subscriptions at launch.
Refunds and billing disputes
You may request a refund of an unused credit pack within 14 days of purchase. Refunds for used credits are considered case by case where required by law or where a confirmed technical defect made the service unusable. Email mijika666@gmail.com with the order ID before opening a card dispute.
Approved refunds are returned through Waffo Pancake to the original payment method. Processing times depend on the payment network and your bank.
Reports, moderation and appeals
We screen uploaded images and generated-video keyframes, review reports and may remove content or restrict accounts. Our target is to review qualifying reports within 48 hours.
If you believe a moderation decision was mistaken, email mijika666@gmail.com with the generation or report ID and an explanation. A reviewer who did not make the original decision will reconsider available evidence.
Prohibited use
The Acceptable Use Policy is part of these Terms. It prohibits sexual or nude content, graphic violence, hate, child sexual abuse material, deepfakes and impersonation, copyright or trademark infringement, harassment, misinformation and any illegal use.
You may not reverse engineer, scrape, overload or bypass safeguards, resell raw API access, use automated accounts or generate content designed to evade moderation.
Availability and liability
The service is provided on an as-available basis. Third-party model, hosting and payment outages may interrupt processing. We are not responsible for decisions made by social platforms or for copies of content that third parties download and redistribute.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from the service is limited to the amount you paid to us in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability that cannot legally be excluded.
Changes, termination and contact
We may update these Terms by posting a revised version and date. Material changes will be notified where appropriate. You may stop using the service at any time and request account deletion in Settings.
